Vegetable Sev Khamni Schritt für Schritt
- Take the leftover Roti and grind it in a Mixy..
- Take the Curd and add the water to it,gram flour,ginger paste,green chiili paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,Dhaniya powder,Garam Masala Powder,Sugar and mix this all ingredients to avoid lumps.
- Take a non stick pan and put this batter and the crushed veggies into this alongside the powdered Roti and then stir it to cook it and add salt per taste..
- Alter the sourness and saltiness per taste..
- Stir till it starts to leave the pan..
- Take a greased tray and pour this khamni in it.Add Fresh Coriander and Grated Coconut..
- Take 1 tbsp Oil and add Mustard Seeds,Sesame seeds,chopped Green chillies,some curry leaves and hing..
- Pour this tadka on top of the khamni we let to set in the tray..
- Once it cools down,cut into any preferred shapes..
- Now it's ready..
