- Bereiten 2-3 tbsp of cornflour powder.
- Bereiten as needed of Water.
Leftover Idli Soya Manchurian Schritt für Schritt
- Sock and wash soya chunks.
- Boil and squeze the soya chunks.
- Combine Oats Flour, Corn Flour, Beetroot Ginger Garlic Paste (homemade), Salt, Pepper, Red Chilli Powder and Soy Sauce in a bowl..
- Add water to make a smooth & pakoda like paste. Then dip leftover Idlies and squezed Soya chunks.
- Mix well.
- Heat oil in a kadai and gently drop idlies and soya chunks in the oil. And fry till they turn crispy and golden brown..
- For making manchurian sauce.... Heat oil in a kadai.. add green onion white, beetroot ginger and garlic(homemade) paste and fry for a minute..
- Add corn, red yellow, capsicum and fry for a few seconds..
- Add soya sauce and chilli sauce and mix...
- Add tomato ketchup and vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well. and mix well.
- Mix cornflour in water and add in the pan..
- Cook until the sauce thickens..
- Add the fried idlis and soya balls in the sauce and cook for a minute..
- Garnish with spring onion and green leaf And serve hot..
