Zutaten von Bhaat Na Gaydaa/Tikkis
- es ist 1 Cup of Leftover Boiled rice.
- Du brauchst 1/4 cup of chopped onions (optional).
- Du brauchst 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger.
- es ist 1 tsp of finely chopped green chilli.
- es ist 1 of medium Boiled potato grated.
- es ist 1 of small Carrot grated(optional).
- Du brauchst of Few mint leaves chopped.
- Du brauchst of Few corainder leaves chopped.
- Bereiten 2 tsp of besan (for binding).
- Du brauchst 2 tsp of dahi.
- Bereiten of Pinchor 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- Du brauchst 1 tsp of or as per taste red chilli powder.
- Du brauchst 1 tsp of roasted jeera powder.
- es ist 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- es ist 1 of lemon juice.
- Bereiten of Salt as per taste / little kala namak.
- Bereiten of Oil for frying.
- Du brauchst of Dip to serve : 1st green chilli dip.

- Bereiten 1-2 tsp of red chilli powder.

- Du brauchst 1 tsp of coriander.
- Du brauchst 6-7 of split green chilli.
- Bereiten 2 of nd Curd dip :.
- Bereiten 1/2 cup of Dahi.
- Bereiten 1 tsp of oil.
- es ist 1 tsp of coriander.
- es ist of Salt.
- es ist 1 tsp of roasted jeera powder.
- Du brauchst 1 tsp of sugar.
- Du brauchst of Lemon juice.
Bhaat Na Gaydaa/Tikkis Anweisung
- Take a bowl add rice, some fine chop onions,ginger,green chilli,grated boiled potato,carrot,besan, dahi,some fine chop mint leaves,coriander leaves & mix it..
- Nw add all spices season it with some red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder,salt, roasted jeera powder,salt/kala namak & lemon juice..
- Mix everything together & mix it well with your hands..
- Grease ur hands with ghee or oil & make a tikki/patties out of mixture..
- Take a wide pan & pour some oil, shallow fry the tikki's/ patties till it's gets nice golden brown..
- For 1stdip : Green chilli dip : Take a bowl add oil,redchilli powder,sugar,salt, coriander & mix it well & nw add split green chilli to it & mix it slowly & it's ready..
- For 2nd dip : Curd dip : Take a bowl add dahi,oil,coriander,salt,roasted jeera powder,sugar & lemon juice.mix it well & it's ready..
- Now in a plate serve our hot bhaat na gaydaa/Tikkis & serve with green chilli dip & dahi dip garnish it/sprinkle dahi dip with some jeera powder & red chilli powder..
