- Du brauchst 2 bowls of Cooked leftover rice.
- Bereiten 3/4 cup of Chopped capsicum, carrots, cabbage altogether.
- Du brauchst 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Du brauchst 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- es ist to taste of Salt.
- Du brauchst as required of Oil.
- Du brauchst 1 tsp of Jeera.
- es ist 1/2 cup of Chopped Onions.
- Bereiten little of Turmeric powder.
- es ist 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
Veg Masala Rice Anweisung
- Heat some oil in a wok..
- Add all chopped vegs and stir fry.Take out on a plate.Add onions and saute..
- Add ginger garlic paste,salt and saute further..
- Now add turmeric,chilli powder, garam masala half tsp and fried veggies.Stir well..
- Add leftover rice and stir fry 5mins more..
