- Bereiten 2 Cups of Leftover Basmati Rice.
- es ist 1 Cup of Chopped Cabbage.
- Du brauchst 1/4 Cup of Chopped Carrot.
- Bereiten 1 of Chopped Capsicum.
- es ist 1/2 Cup of Chopped Spring onion with leaves.
- Du brauchst 1 tbsp of Chopped Garlic.
- Du brauchst 1/2 tbsp of Chopped Ginger.
- es ist 3 tbsp of Schezwan Sauce.
- Du brauchst 2 tbsp of Red Chilli Sauce.
- Du brauchst 1 tsp of Vinegar.
- Bereiten 1 tsp of Soya Sauce.
- Bereiten 2 of Chopped Green chillies.
- es ist of Salt per taste.
- Bereiten 1 1/2 tbsp of Oil.
Schezwan Rice Schritt für Schritt
- Heat the Oil in a pan..
- Once heated add Chopped Garlic,Chopped ginger,Chopped spring onion,finely chopped carrot and mix everything by tossing and cook for some time..
- Now add Chopped Cabbage,Chopped capsicum and toss and cook in a high flame..
- Once it is cooked and is crispy,add Chilli Sauce,Schezwan Sauce,Chopped Green Chillies,Soya Sauce and then add the rice and toss it well to mix it..
- Mix it properly and avoid breaking the rice.Alter as per taste.
- Now it's ready..
- Garnish with Chopped Spring Onions..
