- Bereiten 5 of eggs.
- Du brauchst 1 cup of castor sugar.
- Du brauchst 1 cup of self raising flour.
- Bereiten 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- Du brauchst 2 of caps caramel essence.
Vanilla Swiss Roll Anweisung
- Beat eggs add sugar,caramel essence beat until light and fluffy.
- Sift flour and baking powder together..
- Fold into the egg mixture.
- Pour into a swiss roll pan and bake at 180 deg until 10-15 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
- Remove from pan roll up with sugar sprinkled on baking paper,allow to cool.
- Add whipped cream,caramel to centre roll up and decorate with fruit of choice!Enjoy.
