Zutaten von Veg Fried Rice
- Bereiten 500 gms of rice (you can use leftover rice as well).
- Bereiten 3 tbsp of Oil.
- Bereiten 4 of eggs.
- Du brauchst 2 tsp of garlic green chilli paste.
- es ist 2 tsp of pepper powder.
- Bereiten 1 tsp of ajinomoto.
- Bereiten to taste of Salt acc.
- Bereiten 2 tbsp of soya sauce.
- es ist 1 tbsp of green chilli sauce.
- Du brauchst as required of Spring onions.
Veg Fried Rice Anweisung
- In a vessel take oil, add green chilli and garlic paste and saute on flame..
- Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, pepper powder and ajinomoto and mix well..
- Next add eggs and let it to cook till you get scrambled eggs..
- Add the rice in this mixture and mix well. Lastly add spring onions.
- Add half a cup of water and let it cook on low flame for 10 mins. (For leftover rice).
- For making rice make how we make it usually but keep it a bit uncooked. Do the same way add the partially cooked rice to the mixture, add water and cook for 15-20 mins on low flame..
- For step 7 we keep the rice partially cooked coz we don't want our fried rice to be sticky.
- Veg fried rice is ready!!!.
