  4. Du brauchst 2 tsp of garlic green chilli paste.

  6. Bereiten 1 tsp of ajinomoto.
  7. Bereiten to taste of Salt acc.
  8. Bereiten 2 tbsp of soya sauce.

  1. In a vessel take oil, add green chilli and garlic paste and saute on flame..
  2. Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, pepper powder and ajinomoto and mix well..

  4. Add the rice in this mixture and mix well. Lastly add spring onions.
  5. Add half a cup of water and let it cook on low flame for 10 mins. (For leftover rice).
  6. For making rice make how we make it usually but keep it a bit uncooked. Do the same way add the partially cooked rice to the mixture, add water and cook for 15-20 mins on low flame..
  7. For step 7 we keep the rice partially cooked coz we don't want our fried rice to be sticky.
  8. Veg fried rice is ready!!!.
